How to delete your account

You can delete your account using the link at the bottom of this page. Alternatively, email privacy@alchcap.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".

What happens to your data

When you delete your account:

• •Your profile is anonymized—username, email, and personal details are removed.
• •Your authentication sessions are revoked immediately.
• •You will no longer be able to sign in or access any account features.
• •Anonymized performance data may be retained for aggregate analytics and platform integrity.

Timeline

Account deletion is processed within 30 days of your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. During this period, you may contact us to cancel your deletion request.

Data we may retain

Certain information may be retained after account deletion for legitimate business purposes:

• •Anonymized transaction and performance records for platform analytics.
• •Audit logs required for legal compliance or fraud prevention.
• •Records related to any active disputes or legal proceedings.
• •Tax-related records (prize payouts, 1099 data) may be retained for up to 7 years as required by law.
• •Prize and payout history for compliance purposes.
